On the environment research Campus Dudweiler, TSE has 8 chemistry laboratories and numerous offices in Zeile 3 (center of above photograph).
The laboratories are very well furnished with fume hoods and a central gas supply (O2, N2, H2, CO). The scientific equipment comprises standard electrochemical apparatus (potentiostats, multi-potentiostats, partly with EIS, rotating disc electrodes, etc.), Redox-Flow-Batteries (one of them with in-situ UV/Vis and Raman Spectroscopy), Fuel Cell Test benches, stand-alone UV/Vis Spectrometer, Contact Angle Measurement, Battery Test Chamber (-40°C - +110 °C).
